Membership questions

How do I redeem an offer?

Open your WorldRetail Pass and show the live QR code before you pay. Staff scan it and apply the discount. If scanning isn't possible, a staff member can enter the business PIN on your phone.

Can I share my membership?

Your pass is personal and its code changes every 30 seconds, so screenshots don't work. The Family plan covers up to four people in one household, each with their own pass.

How do I cancel?

Go to Account → Membership and choose Cancel. You won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a free trial?

New members can try WorldRetail Plus free for the trial period shown at checkout. We'll remind you before it ends.

Does my membership work in other cities?

Yes. One membership covers every WorldRetail city, so the pass you use in Dubai also works in London or Singapore.

Do offers work online too?

Yes. Online offers show a code or a member link. Some are affiliate partnerships, which are labelled.

I'm a business. What does it cost?

Listing your business and up to three offers is free. WorldRetail Business Pro adds more offers, locations, staff accounts and detailed analytics.
