Redeeming offers

Open Pass and show the live QR code to staff before you pay. The code refreshes every 30 seconds, so screenshots won't work. If the business can't scan, open the offer and choose Redeem with staff PIN: a staff member types their business PIN on your phone.

Online offers

Open the offer and tap Show code. Some online offers are affiliate links; we label those, and it doesn't change your price.

Membership and billing

Manage or cancel your membership from Account → Membership. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period.

Something went wrong at a business

Write to help@worldretail.group with the business name and the time. If you have a redemption reference (it starts with R-), include it.
