Getting listed

Create an account, verify your email, then follow the setup steps: business details, a location, logo and cover photo, categories and a first offer. Submit for review; most reviews take one working day.

Redeeming a member's pass

Open Merchant → Redeem on any phone or tablet and scan the member's QR. You'll see their name and which of your offers they can use. Choose the offer, optionally enter the bill amount, and confirm. Every redemption gets a reference.

If scanning isn't possible, the member opens the offer and hands you their phone: enter your business PIN (set it in Merchant → Settings).

Offer rules

You choose dates, days, hours, which locations, minimum spend, maximum saving, limits per member and total limits. Offers from verified businesses publish straight away; others are reviewed first.

Team accounts

Invite staff from Merchant → Team. Redemption staff can only scan and confirm; managers can edit offers and see analytics; owners manage the team and billing.
