Cookie Policy

This policy lists the cookies and browser storage WorldRetail uses. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Essential

These are needed for WorldRetail to work and are set without asking.

• Sign-in session (`__Host-wr_session`): keeps you signed in. Secure, not readable by scripts, expires after 30 days of inactivity.
• Google sign-in (`wr_oauth`): protects the Google sign-in flow from forgery. Deleted after sign-in, expires within 10 minutes.
• Business switcher (`wr_merchant`): remembers which business you are managing if you manage more than one.
• Country choice (`wr_country`): remembers the country you picked so prices show in your currency. Lasts one year.

Functional

• Partner link visits (`wr_click`): a random identifier set when you open a labelled partner (affiliate) link, so the purchase can be credited correctly. Lasts 30 days.

Analytics (only with your consent)

• Anonymous visitor id (`wr_anon`, browser storage): a random identifier used to count visits and feature use. Set only if you choose "Allow" in the cookie banner.
• Your choice (`wr_consent`, browser storage): remembers whether you chose "Allow" or "Essential only".

Managing cookies

You can change your analytics choice by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but WorldRetail will not be able to keep you signed in without the essential session cookie.
